Danny brings a wealth of experience, motivation and an element of fun to all his sessions. His background in fitness ranges from rugby, endurance sports, weight lifting and functional training. With a passion for fitness and P.E. as a youngster, he decided to follow this into a career.

Since then, he has worked at some of London’s leading gyms building up a steady client base and faithfully following in all his group classes. His training style combines strength, functional and metabolic conditioning exercises with a focus on improving strength, burning fat, increasing muscle definition and improving your mobility. Danny will write a bespoke program to fit your individual goals and lifestyle demands.
