What makes your class so f’ing awesome?
No one session is the same. Each is created focusing on form and technique to provide maximum results in a calm and energetic way. I might be quieter than most but I let the workouts speak for themselves.
What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?
I’ve always been into sports (tennis, hockey, athletics) since a young age but I took a detour while I worked in Advertising and Brand Communications.
I rediscovered fitness when living in NYC and made the career switch a few years ago, qualifying first as a PT then in Stott Mat & Reformer Pilates.
Who’s your fitness hero? Why?
Serena Williams, I absolutely love Tennis and she is the greatest of all time. Her talent is phenomenal and in an industry which focuses way too much on aesthetic, she continues to dominate by being herself and showing that strength, beauty and power don’t fit neatly into 1 homogenised box.
What makes you, you?
Resilience and empathy.
What does your downtime look like?
Enjoying life, a glass of red and planning the next adventure.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?
