What makes your class so f'cking awesome?
My ethos is simple - show up and give all you can; work to your max and gain an understanding of your body and what it’s capable of. My classes are fuelled by her belief in physical autonomy, the power of movement and cracking playlists.
What’s your favourite way to keep a healthy body and a healthy mind?
Moving every day, getting outdoors and always saying yes to new adventures with friends.
What is your signature style?
I am always talking about connecting the breath to your movement! Breathing is obviously essential and automatic, but when you consciously connect to it and utilise it you set yourself up for a more efficient workout and better recovery.
If you weren’t an Instructor, what would you be?
An astronaut! I definitely don’t have the skill set, but I’ve been obsessed with outer space since I was a kid and learning about the universe often brings everything into perspective.
