With a degree in Exercise Science and plenty of teaching experience under her belt as a Personal Trainer and class instructor, Elle likes to bring an eclectic vibe to her classes.
She’s all about ensuring you get the max results by putting in the max effort, because every single movement should count for something. Elle wants you to enjoy your session with her so your focus isn’t on how hard you’re working but on how far you’ve come.
But don’t be fooled by her friendly smile… She will work you into a beautiful, sweaty mess!
If I wasn’t a Fitness Professional I’d be a… CSI Agent (I’m obsessed with the show) or an actress.
My training style is… to keep it varied! Weights one day, Yoga the next. Mostly I’ll love whatever I’m doing as long as I’m not on my own!
My favourite place in London for a stiff drink… a pit stop at Grind for an espresso martini.
My ideal breakfast is… Pancakes or waffles pimped to the max with all the toppings.
The song that’s in heavy rotation on my workout playlist… Boys & Girls by will.i.am
My favourite time of day is… early evening. It seems to be the point in the day when I get most inspired and feel productive.
If I were a colour, I’d be… PINK!
My favourite on the go snack is… currently a protein powered Graze box.
My biggest release is… Running and sleeping. In that order.
You wouldn’t know that I… was born in Barbados (the most beautiful island in the Caribbean).
My biggest vice is… chocolate. I love the dark variety though so technically it’s good for me, right?!
