What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?
I fell in love with yoga as a busy corporate lawyer working on Wall Street. Now back in London, she mixes up corporate life with her love of yoga, Pilates and ballet.
What’s your favourite way to keep a healthy body and a healthy mind?
Yoga! Also, lots of sleep. And chocolate!
How does your choice of exercise fit/help your day to day life?
Yoga makes me calmer, more alert and less anxious in my daily life as a city lawyer. Pilates also helps – ideal for when you’ve been sitting at a desk all day!
What is your signature move?
I love a classic Warrior One! There’s a real lightness to the pose – the chest lifts up as the legs ground down. All these beautiful contradictions held in the same space.
What’s your favourite way to feel good fitness-wise and life wise?
A mix of different styles and practices – I love yoga, reformer Pilates, ballet, barre.
