Instructor

Emily Aitcheson

Emily has been teaching dance for over 15 years, across street dance, jazz, contemporary and ballet, spanning from nursery age through to adults. After training at The London Studio Centre she spent 8 years working as a performer on both stage and screen. She has taught at private performing arts schools such as the Brit School and in 2016 she co-founded The Jam London which provides street dance parties and workshops for children across London.
She found a love for teaching Barre and Fitness in early 2017 and is so happy to be part of the Frame fam, teaching Barre, Ass & Abs and Frame Work!
