What makes your class so f’cking awesome?

Classes are intelligently creative alway’s learning and growing towards something new.

What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?

It all started with intrigue into a way of life that empowered you to be yourself, and then the yoga discovery began!

What’s your favourite way to keep a healthy body and a healthy mind?

Balance, honestly I always say it, but a balance of comforts, feeding the soul, rest, movement, passion, adventure, work, it all contributes to a settled inner state!

How does your choice of exercise fit/help your day to day life?

I think variety is the best for body and mind, I try to co-ordinate mixture of practices around my main movement of yoga.

What is your signature style?

My signature way is to move to your own groove, meaning that each day is different, I definitely am a person that needs to work out to the point of a sweat more than twice a week, but I also need slow and steady movement, the key is to keep observing and the strength is to know what you need on that day.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?

When you stop learning you stop living – I try to live by this, open to always growing.
