What makes your class so f’cking awesome?

Yoga without the fluff, I love teaching classes that are down to earth and fun. I like to think of my classes like a warm hug after a hectic day. Time that is truly dedicated to you and your body bound to have you feeling inspired.

What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?

I discovered Yoga 5 years ago whilst teaching English in China. After my first ever yoga class I felt this natural high like I’d never felt before just from all the breathing and thought WOOOO…I want more of this. I bought my first yoga mat, did my training and never looked back.

What’s your favourite way to keep a healthy body and a healthy mind?

Laughing on a daily basis, talking about my feelings with close friends. Drinking LOTS of water, eating yummy greens. And I try to remember not to take life too seriously. Green Juice & Cocktails balance baby.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?

Wherever you go, go with all your heart.
