What makes your class so f'cking awesome?

I love a strong dynamic vinyasa sometimes rocket yoga inspired, with a vibey beat in the background to keep you going! There will be strengthening postures, a few inversions to keep the challenge up and a focus on the breath!

What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?

I came to London as a makeup artist and found some great yoga here, so I followed my favourite teachers and then did my training in India in Rocket, Ashtanga, Yin and Mandala. I now host retreats and training all over the world and teach more than I ever thought I would. Yoga is the saviour.

Who’s your fitness hero? Why?

Corinne Naomi from London, she is so badass and always give a kick ass class. Oh and Bruce Lee!

What is your signature move / style?

Handstand. Some tips are, stack the joints (wrists, shoulders, hips, feet) protract shoulders, draw ribs in and push up through feet. Don’t forget feet together and squeeze those glutes!

What makes you, you?

I’m half Swedish, born there but raised in Canada. I also have a grade 8 piano and have a love for music.

What does your downtime look like?

Dj’ing on my favourite new software Ableton to create yoga mixes.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?

Train with the lions, and you will be become a lion.

If you weren’t an Instructor, what would you be??
