What makes your class so f’cking awesome?
Great tunes, fun atmosphere and encouragement all round. It’s my goal to help you feel confident and sexy in your skin so you leave class as the best version of you!
What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?
I trained professionally as a dancer and have performed/taught all over the world which has been incredible! Whilst doing this, I also wanted to further my knowledge about movement, so I got qualified as a Personal Trainer, Pilates, Yoga, ETM and Zumba Instructor which has opened up so many great opportunities, including teaching at Frame!
Who’s your fitness hero? Why?
My parents. They have always worked out and taken care of themselves, which has shown me the importance of self care from a young age and inspired me to live a healthy lifestyle.
What is your signature move?
Anything that looks like a snake! Body rolls, hip circles, chest circles…I love the ooziness! I often hear people saying that they can’t do moves like this, but when they let go and just feel the music, their body just takes over and knows what to do 🙂 It’s all about trusting yourself.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?
It’s all good experience! We learn from everything in life, whether it is a lesson or a blessing.
