What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?
I’ve been coming to Frame since (almost) the beginning and qualified to teach in 2016. I now provide cover for Frame’s lovely yoga teachers as a side-hustle to my city job.
What’s your favourite way to keep a healthy body and a healthy mind?
My top three: Eating delicious food, lifting very heavy things at Strongman training and hanging out with the people I love (sometimes while lifting/eating things).
What is your signature move?
I love a headstand. Sometimes people try to kick up into it. If you can focus on balancing in a tucked position first you’ll have so much more control (and you won’t need the wall).
What does your downtime look like?
I’m a big fan of afternoon naps (usually while attempting to read a book.)
