Fizz Yasin


Fizz trained as a Vinyassa Flow Yoga Teacher, with FRAME , taught by senior teachers Michael James Wong and Emily Clare Hill.
Fizz’s playful and heart energising style of yoga helps students find space with their mind, body and heart. She aims to help yoga to become accessible to all, by taking a journey together to breath, improve strength, flexibility and mobility in all her classes, with intention to allow you to find peace within. Her unique classes are based on a fusion of flow, smiles and elements of therapeutic restorative postures, a powerful combination that forms a deeper journey within the body.

Recognising the power that yoga can bring has helped her increase her sense of strength, freedom, space and self-care. Her own yoga experience began young at just 14 years old, as a form of rehabilitation from lifelong pain therapy for her congenital heart condition, mild scoliosis and is used as a therapy tool to ease her mind.

Yoga helped her physically, mentally and emotionally in all aspects of her life and she soon found her happiness in her heart, through her yoga flow. Her aim is to help students find their inner strength and challenge their bodies without fear of getting onto the mat, taking the hardest asana of all…a smile : ) and connecting back to that childlike mindset to being a #zenchild again . Truly from little seeds grow mighty trees ☺ Fizz believes yoga is medicine and that it truly has the power to heal hearts.

If I wasn’t a Yoga Teacher I’d be a…Pediatric Nurse or a Blue Peter Presenter (dreams)

My training style is….Vinyassa Flow but with an element of mindful yoga therapy

My favourite place in London for a stiff drink…I don’t drink but do Matcha lattes count as a stiff drink? 😛

My ideal breakfast is…..all breakfasts! I’m a lover of brunching but Pancakes all the way!

The song that’s in heavy rotation on my workout playlist….This is Me!

After work I….volunteer and do a lot of hospital work with Paediatrics

My favourite time of day is…brunch time ☺ or mid-morning

If I were a colour, I’d be… yellow (the sun makes me so happy ☺ )

My favourite on the go snack is…..chocolate rice cakes (You’ve got to try them!)

My biggest release is….volunteering and helping others, but also the gym, yoga and being by the sea.
