I have trained as a dancer all my life, in everything from classical ballet to commercial and trained more formally at London Contemporary Dance School, The Place, until I was injured out of my course. My dance background has always influenced my attitude to health and fitness and, following my injury, it continued to inform my recovery and progression into fitness and personal training. Since qualifying with my Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training and as a group fitness instructor, this background has solidified my belief in hard work and attention to detail and technique. As well as understanding your own body in order to be able to push it to the max and that you get out what you put in.
