I grew up doing athletics, gymnastics and playing volleyball and I have loved working out and giving fitness advice so much for the past few years that while working in various retail head offices, I was told, I should become a Personal Trainer. So after having my baby, I did just that! Not a single PT session or class I teach feels like work as I love doing what I do. I did my pre and post natal course because as a mum I want to empower other mums to take charge of their health and wellbeing during and after pregnancy in whichever way they can, so working for Mumhood is a dream come true!
My gym sessions is where I get to release stress and have some “me time” so I love to take 1-1.5 hours to do some weight lifting, plyometrics and stretching before picking up my daughter from the creche.
If I wasn’t a Personal Trainer I’d be a…working in retail or fashion.
My training style is….Go hard or go home! I like to give it everything I’ve got and want my clients to do the same!
My ideal breakfast is…..Avocado on Sourdough toast with poached eggs or pancakes with berries and cream!
My favourite on the go snack is…..Pulsin Raw Choc Brownie, so yum!
My biggest release is….lifting heavy weights.
