What makes your class so f’cking awesome?

My classes are filled with positive vibes for any and all fitness levels. Get an intense burn, listen to some fun/eclectic music, have a laugh and leave feeling strong and inspired!

What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?

I am a singer and dancer and have always loved fitness, and living a healthy life. I just moved to London in February 2019 and was introduced to Frame through my good friend Gary Healey (everyone should take his amazing Pilates class!) After my first class, I knew I wanted to become a part of this awesome team and help others feel great about themselves!

What’s your favourite way to keep a healthy body and a healthy mind?

Be outdoors as much as possible, live a vegetarian life and travel!

How does your choice of exercise fit/help your day to day life?

I love changing up my exercise routines depending on how I feel that day. I can get bored very easily with my workouts so I try to mix it up as much as possible. I try to make sure to move my body every day, even if I can only fit in 15 minutes.

What’s your favourite way to feel good fitness-wise and life wise?

Finding balance in all aspects of my life. For example, I love being with friends but I also value my alone time. Some days I have a hardcore workout and others I take it easy with a walk and stretch. I try to listen to my body and see how it feels that day and at that moment.

Who’s your LIFE hero? Why?

I don’t have one particular life hero, but I am for sure inspired by the badass women in my life. They are strong, independent, driven and want to help their community and the world we live in.
