What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?
My granny & my Mum were yogis so it’s in my blood. It kept my body safe through 15 years of dance training and it is my life long love.

What is your signature move/style?
Handstands all the way! Most people try to get to the end too quickly, remember, it’s the journey!
What does your downtime look like?
Spending all night on the dance floor - life is a balance ;)
