What makes your class so f’cking awesome?
Expect a flowing dynamic full-body workout that is challenging, yet with a strong focus on form. Vibes and playlist to my go-to is cafe del mar.
What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?
I was a professional dancer for 10 years, mainly touring with a company called Burn The Floor, I loved it. I started practising Pilates and Yoga alongside my dancing and when I returned to London in 2012 I decided to join the Frame fam.
What’s your favourite way to keep a healthy body and a healthy mind?
I have a little boy that keeps me on my toes! I practice reformer and yoga on a weekly basis.
What is your signature move?
My go-to move that is in every class is Bridge. Such an effect yet basic move that can be made super challenging. Strong glutes happy body!
What’s your favourite way to feel good fitness-wise and life wise?
For me listening to my body. Somedays I wake up feeling ready to sweat so I’ll head to a HIIT class. Somedays I just need to get out and go for a long walk. It’s all about balance.
What does your daily routine look like?
My son is 17 months so he keeps my daily routine in check. He’s an early riser so a 5.30 start. Usually a quick brekkie before getting ready for the day, out of the door for 9am with are little French bulldog. Maybe swimming or park for an hour then back for lunch. Nursery drop off at 1pm then I’ll head to Frame for my shift, back home for 22.00!
