What makes your class so f'cking awesome?
I love my reformer classes to FLOW! I like to create classes that marry Pilates and yoga together with soft house vibes.
What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?
I was a professional dancer for all of my 20s and unfortunately had to pause due to a knee injury. Pilates was my hero- I was able to continue to tour but my love for Pilates outweighed my dancing so here I am!
Who’s your fitness hero? Why?
Shona Vertue & Courtney Miller both very inspiring educated women who keep it real!
What is your signature move / style?
Hmmm I don’t think I have a signature move but I think I always could sway to being lower body heavy in class! Proper Breath activation and core engagement for me is key.
What makes you, you?
I am a nomad at heart. I love to travel.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?
Don’t sweat the small stuff.
