What makes your class so f’cking awesome?

I’ll be the trainer you’ll love to hate. So tie up those laces, don’t forget your sweat towel and enjoy the glorious mixture of burpees and the Foo Fighters.

What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?

I’m an actor, so when I’m not racing around learning lines I’m in the gym punching out that rush hour stress. It was always a goal of mine to be able to coach and act, FRAME is now my home away from home!

What’s your favourite way to keep a healthy body and a healthy mind?

WALK EVERYWHERE. We live in an incredible city so pop those trainers on and get exploring. (Also… Gin. Lot’s of Gin.)

How does your choice of exercise fit/help your day to day life?

You only get one body, it can do incredible things. Look after it, challenge it and find ways to have fun. Fitness keeps my mind and body healthy and relaxed.

Who’s your fitness hero? Why?

Demi Moore in G.I Jane. WHAT A WOMAN

What is your signature move?

BURPEE – let your chest kiss the floor!

Guilty pleasure?

A jar of gherkins.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?
