What makes your class so f’cking awesome?

Level-up and make yourself accountable. With pumpin’ tunes and some outrageous energy, my classes will make you feel like you are on top of the world!

What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?

Having trained as a Musical Theatre triple threat, fitness and health have always been at the forefront of my own personal journey. After drama school, I studied for my Level 2 ETM and quickly found my way to Frame!

What’s your favourite way to keep a healthy body and a healthy mind?

Just to LISTEN to my body. By giving your body what it needs whether it’s a rest day or going for a long run and fueling your body with food that it needs, this has been key to maintaining a healthy body and mind!

How does your choice of exercise fit/help your day to day life?

My choice of exercise always determines my day as it links my body to my mind. So whether I exercise to lift my mind or calm it, I love being able to workout in a way that suits me, depending on what the day throws at me.

What is your signature move?

A High Plank. Quite often people sink into their lower backs and lockout the elbows. So make sure your weight is forward over the hands, your elbows are soft, shoulders down and your naval is scooping into your spine.

What’s your favourite way to feel good fitness-wise and life wise?

To surround myself with people who inspire me to live a healthy lifestyle and take care of my body! Especially on those days when I might be feeling down – they say you are only as fit and healthy as the people you surround yourself with!

What does your downtime look like?

A yin-yoga flow, a good book in a corner with a salt lamp on and a hot drink!

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?

Fortitude and perseverance will always prevail.
