Helen Morris

I am from Epsom, Surrey where I have lived all my life. I began dancing aged 3 and just never stopped. After secondary school I went onto pursue my dancing dreams by training at The Brit School in Croydon. After this I completed a 3 year BA Hons course in dance and musical theatre at London Studio Centre. Throughout my dancing career I have been a part of 2 professional pantomimes, The brit awards opening ceremony and various other productions. Since graduating in July 17 I have enjoyed going on holidays, being spontaneous and dancing a lot. As well as dance I have a strong passion for health and fitness, you cant beat a good morning workout and protein smoothie. I started with Frame in January as part of the Victoria front of house team with the aspiration to eventually become an instructor. I enjoy making people work hard and sweat, it really gives me a buzz especially if I know there enjoying it. I am so excited to start my new instructing venture with frame.
