What makes your class so f'cking awesome?

There is never a dull moment in my class, expect banging tunes and all the motivational one liners to keep you going and lots of sweat!

What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?

I trained as a dancer and musical theatre student so dance and fitness was always a huge part of my life. Then I realised I was good at getting other people to enjoy it and the motivational side of it, I put the two together and found my love for fitness. I am also a big music lover and probably from always dancing to the beat loved creating classes to the beat. That’s how I started, and ever since I have just loved it more and more.

Who’s your fitness hero? Why?

Tia Clair Toomey- I think her strength is so inspirational and inspiring, and she seems lovely

What is your signature move / style?

Probably a burpee, I love to throw these into pretty much every single class weather it be the warm up or spicy finisher. There are lots of modifications, so the hardest one is chest to floor (which I obviously encourage) you can do it to just a plank position and you can also do it with or without a jump. Tip is to just keep going, push through, and bring the power!

What makes you, you?

Probably my mental strength to just keep going, any obstacle I always seem to find a solution, I am very motivated and determined!

What does your downtime look like?

Foam rolling haha and eating a grenade bar!

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?

If you want something that bad, go after it and don’t let anyone or anything stand in your way. Stay in your lane and focus on you!

If you weren’t an Instructor, what would you be?

Possibly a PA, I’m very organised and quite like organising things!
