Helena started practicing yoga whilst travelling through South America in 2014 and quickly became an addict to the community feel of classes, the excitement of challenging her body and the uplifting feeling at the end of a class. She went on to complete her 200 hour teacher training in Vinyasa Flow & Ashtanga in India. Helena is passionate about personal development, and loves integrating themes such as self belief, marginal gains, embracing change and risk taking into her classes. Helena loves the outdoors, humour and plant based food. She strongly believes that everyone can benefit from yoga in some way; flexibility, community, strength and being more mindful, the list is endless!
