What makes your f'ing class so awesome?

I aim to keep motivation high through feel good and uplifting music whilst reminding you of how awesome you are for getting into class.

What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?

Was a chance encounter that developed into my love for fitness. I was teenager having finished college and eventually found myself at the gym on a regular basis. This was enough for me to pursue an interest into a career.

Who’s your fitness hero? Why?

Arnold Schwarzenegger. Back in the day he was renowned for his work ethic in and out of the gym.

What is your signature move / style?

Heavy lifting, particularly with a barbell and becoming comfortable with using the human body effectively in exercise. A common mistake I see is over complicating what training really is about.

What makes you, you?

I'm very honest and transparent and I like to play devil's advocate.

What does your downtime look like?

Netflix, beer, and snacks.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?

Be true to yourself and don't change for the sake of another person's unwanted opinion.

If you weren’t an Instructor, what would you be??

Something to do with food like a creative baker or an unconventional chef.
