James is original from Yorkshire and made his way to London. He found Pilates after a dramatic weight loss, when he’d lost the weight but still didn’t have the body he wanted. Pilates sculpted his body and gave him the shape He’d been looking for. James trained to teach to help others discover the wonders of the Pilates method. James loves to bring a fun and flowing element to class with plenty of energy and charisma. Focusing on the mind body connection to get the body moving and rocking with great emphasis on alignment and balance of the body.
My training style is… Fun and flowing with emphasis on alignment.
My favourite place in London for a stiff drink… I love Franks in Peckham on a sunny evening looking back over London.
My ideal breakfast is… Oats and protein powder.

My favourite time of day is… Morning for me, early birds catch the worms.
