What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?
I trained as a professional dancer for 3 years covering various genres of dance but majoring in ballet and contemporary. I put in lots of extra work with Independent Pilates and gym work throughout the training. I realised by the end of the 3 years, I had found a new passion for more fitness based training, and helping others find it themselves.
Who’s your fitness hero? Why?
I love Shona Vertue endlessly. Her instagram is full of neglected knowledge and breaks down the bullshit and shaming side of health and fitness. (Plus she has a banging bod)
Something we didn’t know?
I grew up near the Glastonbury festival site, and have attended every one since I was 9 months old. I like to think that’s where I got my passion for moving and grooving!
What does your downtime look like?
Anywhere in East London, with a glass of white wine in hand

Train your core religiously and everything else will follow!
