What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?
I trained professionally as a dancer and when I was at a crossroads in my life and unsure where to go, I thankfully found yoga. Not only did it help me through a tough time, but it also became my true passion and has changed my life in the best way possible.
What’s your favourite way to keep a healthy body and a healthy mind?
Yoga, sunshine and tea always! Good company and happy times!
How does your choice of exercise fit/help your day to day life?
Yoga always brings me back to me, no matter what I am feeling or facing.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?
Trust that everything happens for a reason.
