Jenny started practising yoga aged 16 in Byron Bay and has been coming back home to yoga ever since. She completed her 200 hour Vinyasa YTT with the Frame Academy, 30 hour advanced assisting with Sunday School Yoga & 100 hour Yin & Ayurveda with the Yoga People, and is currently teaching and practices across London, continuously learning and developing.
Jen aims to make yoga accessible to everyone, with a relaxed, fun teaching style and a strong emphasis on ‘do whatever feels good in your body’ – as no one knows your body better than you do. She encourages students to move with the breath, enjoys themselves and do what is best for them in that moment, with a lot of self-love and compassion. Expect a banging playlist, a chilled, non-judgemental setting, strong assists and a nice loooong savasana.
If I wasn’t a yoga teacher… I’d be a writer or on a boat, ideally both.
My training style is… Vinyasa & Yin
My ideal breakfast is… an oat milk flat white, poached eggs, smashed avo & chilli on toast with HP sauce, obviously. Maybe a croissant for starters. Or fruit, yoghurt and a green smoothie. Or possibly all of it.
My biggest release is… being by the sea with my dog.
My favourite place in London for a stiff drink is… Crate in Hackney Wick or Ain’t Nothin but the Blues in Soho.
If I were a colour, I’d be… all the shades of blue
My favourite on the go snack is… hummus forever
