Jessica teaches a creative and nourishing vinyasa practice incorporating meditation and pranayama. With an emphasis on drawing in at the beginning of the class to encourage a settled mind, followed by continual, fluid movement that flows with the breath. You will leave feeling energised, revitalised and uplifted. Classes will challenge you but are set at a mindful and steady pace.
Jessica started yoga due to an injury in her shoulder, but continued to practice for many reasons. Through her teaching she wants to help students find a deeper connection to themselves. Her intention (Sankalpa) is to help people find some space, re-charge and train the mind to let go of anything that isn’t serving them right. Jessica believes that yoga is truly magical when the positivity and awareness cultivated in the practice starts to play out in the everyday.
Jessica is trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa and continues to explore and expand her knowledge in Vinyasa Flow & Yin Yoga.
