What makes your class so f’cking awesome?
Acoustic music vibes, accompany my friendly and calm demeanour!

What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?
I started reformer due to an injury. I was hooked from day one and decided I wanted to take my love of Pilates further and share it!

What’s your favourite way to keep a healthy body and a healthy mind?
Exercising in varying ways, TRX to Pilates to 5k to yoga. Moving my body makes me feel great and clears my mind.

What is your signature move?
The clam – no reformer class would be complete without it! Most common mistake is people dropping the top hip back, and cheating their glute out of the workout.

What does your downtime look like?
Hanging out with friends, eating great food, lying on my sofa watching Netflix and going to parkrun!
