What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?
Having been into sports from a young age and after studying for years to get a degree that I never use…I decided to make turn my passion into my profession and well…voila!!
What’s your favourite way to keep a healthy body and a healthy mind?
I like to mix up my health and fitness routine as much as possible and whether this means lifting weights, sweating myself silly in a HIIT class, doing some yoga, pilates or meditation or simply pigging out and being a couch potato, I try to listen to what my body wants or needs that day!
What is your signature move/style?
I LOVE bodyweight and resistance based HIIT training but nailing the right technique is key to being able to get stronger and faster. Remember guys slow and steady wins the first race, speed can enter the game later!
What people think I don’t see when my back is turned…
All people need to know is that us instructors DO have eyes in the back of our head!
What does your downtime look like?
In alphabetical order: Art, Dancing, Eating, Music, Netflix & Chill, Reading, Travelling
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?
To live in the present and not the past or future as this only holds us back.
