What makes your class so f’cking awesome?
I take inspiration from everywhere and everything. My classes are to music with a focus on exploration and having fun. Yoga should be accessible to everyone!

What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?
After spending years in a corporate job and wanting to get out of the rat race, I began practising Yoga for its physical benefits such as strength and flexibility but soon realised that it was much more powerful than anticipated. I fell in love with the practice and the positive effects it had on both my mind and body, on and off the mat. I took myself off to India and that’s where I did my first Teacher Training!

What’s your favourite way to keep a healthy body and a healthy mind?
Everything I enjoy I do, I do in moderation… I practice yoga, meditate, spend time with those who I love, I love coffee and cake! Generally, I try and do things that make me happy.

How does your choice of exercise fit/help your day to day life?
Yoga (for me) is the perfect way of finding balance, strength, focus, of calming my mind, destressing me… and I can take it all off the mat and it flows through into life!
