What makes your classes so f’cking great?
Entering my studio isn’t just for a workout. The positive energy I bring will leave you feeling revitalised to look at your life in a totally new confident aspect. I will challenge you physically and mentally throughout the time you step into my arena, making sure when you leave you know in yourself you couldn’t have given any more than you could have. LETS GO!!
What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?
After being a pro athlete and going through a long rehabilitation stage after a serious injury, I needed to get back into the fitness scene. It was a big knock to my confidence but after 3 years within the fitness and health industry I have developed my confidence and skills in helping other people hit their goals, and now I am looking to challenge myself here to helping a brand new set of challenges.
What makes you, you?
My approachability and friendliness through my high energy makes me the best trainer I can be. My smile and willingness to help everyone and anyone has proved to go along way in being the professional I am.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?
Play the game how I want to. Don’t watch and observe others, and focus on myself and how I want to do things and you will be a success.
If you weren’t an Instructor, what would you be??
I would be a PE Teacher. Tying in with being an instructor. However helping out a new generation and seeing them progress onto specials things would be just as satisfying to me than seeing a change in a client. A definite career I would still consider.
Who’s your fitness hero? Why?
Cristiano Ronaldo! He was my idol growing up and to be at the age of his mid-30s to be be playing like he is in his peak 20s gives me great inspiration. Sending out that message that it does not matter how old you are, as long as you constantly work hard and look after yourself, nutritionally, physically and mentally that age will always just be a number.
