What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?
I began working in front of house and loved the Frame Vibe. I took my course through Frame to become a qualified instructor and the rest is history. I never thought of myself of a teacher/instructor as I didn’t think people would listen to what I have to say, turns out, I can create a cracking work out and make people smile along the way.
What’s your favourite way to keep a healthy body and a healthy mind?
Laughing! ..with an engaged core and soft knees.
How does your choice of exercise fit/help your day to day life?
Makes me feel like I accomplished at least 1 thing in the day.
