Kathryn Fielding

Initially attracted to yoga as a means of complementing her love of running, Kathryn soon realised a dynamic flow could be physically challenging, while having the added benefits of resulting in an energised mindset.

Inspired, she undertook her yoga teacher training, made a career change, and hasn’t looked back. Kathryn’s classes will work your core, legs and arms in order to create a strong, lean and toned physique. Her wish is to share how the act of linking breath with movement allows the yoga practice to become harmonious, leaving you feeling invigorated, stronger and calmer.

Alongside teaching yoga, Kathryn is a registered Nutritional Therapist with a specialism in biochemical imbalances that are related to stress and fatigue.

6am, before the city wakes up everything feels slightly magical and so quiet.
