What’s your favourite way to keep a healthy body and a healthy mind?

Life is busy-especially with a 3-year-old! I always make a little time for myself; training, practising yoga/pilates or going to a HIIT class. Exercise keeps me healthy both physically and mentally.

What’s your favourite way to feel good fitness-wise and life wise?

I love running in Greenwich park in the early morning. Running in peace and quiet makes me incandescently happy. Followed by a short yummy yoga sequence.

Guilty pleasure?

Italian wine and 100 percent dark chocolate!

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?

Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbour. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.
