What makes your class so f’cking awesome?
My classes are up-beat, high-energy, super-sweaty fun. It’s my mission to make people ENJOY their workout - its the only way you’ll stick with it... Banging soundtrack as standard.
What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?
I started ballet age 3 and have always been into some kind of fitness. During pregnancy I put on a TON of weight and the gym saved me - both physically AND mentally. The class teachers were my heroes and I just thought ‘I wanna be that person who makes everyone feel good and smile
What is your signature move / style?
More of a skill than a move: I can smile through even the most gruelling, tough workout (lol) in fact, the harder it is, the more I smile!
What makes you, you?
I have A LOT of energy. I’m an early bird AND I can party all night (given half a chance!) I believe ‘energy is contagious’... lemme know, after class! ;) Random fact: I have, to date, 20 tattoos and I’m not done yet
What does your downtime look like?
I took up skipping in Jan ’21! I can do a few tricks (find me on insta) I’m not half bad ;) I practice Hot Yoga. I also quaff too many cocktails - I’m working on that
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?
'Attitude is everything - so pick a good one’
