What makes your class so f’cking awesome?

Awesome tunes, creative moves, and a whole lot of spicy abs. Expect big smiles, positive encouragement, and pure fun!

What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?

I have always adored dance and fitness growing up. It brings the best out of me and I love being able to share that awesome feeling and experience with others. A friend who worked at Frame brought me on board and I’m so glad she did!

What is your signature move / style?

I love to keep things sassy and fun in class. Legs in loops are my ultimate fave! There are some amazing combos for stretching and strengthening the legs in these. Common mistakes are arching the back and flaring the ribs. If you knit your ribs together and keep your pelvis in neutral/ imprint, there’s going to be a whole lot more core working and less back pain!

Who’s your fitness hero? Why?

Shakira! She is fit stuff! The way she dances and moves her hips is insane! Watching her perform with the stamina and sass she has on stage is very inspiring.

What does your downtime look like?

Bubble bath, candles and zoning out to classical music. Ludovico Einaudi is so relaxing to listen to. I also love to learn playing the piano. It’s beautiful!

What is the best piece of advice you’ve been given?

Stay true to yourself. It’s not as easy as it sounds but with it in mind you’ll be on the right track.

If you weren’t an Instructor, what would you be?

A vet! But I was very squeamish as a child so that idea didn’t work out.. I would love to work with animals. Maybe have my own doggy day care centre or work on a farm. That would be so much fun!
