What makes your class so f’cking awesome?
Creative flows, delivering a dynamic and challenging workout, whilst still continuing to focus on correct technique and form. Expect my fun-loving personality, a safe space to explore movement and an upbeat playlist
What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?
I discovered Pilates after I moved to London from Australia in 2011 and immediately felt the benefits in reversing effects of long hours behind a desk, I suddenly felt more open and spacious within my own body (and mind) and loved the control required. I wanted to learn more, not realizing that after completing my training I would be unlocking a passion for teaching, and just how rewarding it was to be able to share this with, and help others.
What is your signature move / style?
I think there will always be some side lying leg work, but don’t forget to think about those obliques and staying lifted from the waist when you are on your side. The focus isn’t just on that peach!
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?
Surround yourself with people who have dreams, desires and ambitions; they’ll help you push for and realise your own
If you weren’t an Instructor, what would you be??
A Pilates instructor, the end goal is to ditch the full time office job and teach Pilates every damn day!!
