Lauren Charlton is a level 3 Pilates instructor and Physiotherapist from Australia.
Her understanding of anatomy and movement patterns allow her to vary and personalise each student’s practice so that they will achieve the most from her classes. Lauren understands and loves that every single body in her classes is unique. She ensures that with the right cues and modifications each student will work to their maximum potential, but can still crack a smile and enjoy the sweet, sweet music.
Lauren’s passion for the body and movement stands out in her teaching style, stemming from her sporting background and her curious personality. She strongly believes that core stability, flexibility and body awareness are essential not only for exercise but for day-to-day quality of life.
