Ready to learn about your body and how it can move? Functional Movement and Therapeutic Specialist Lois Kelly will help you find your strength and your freedom to move. Expect a strong, steady practise, combining physical movement, meditation and the philosophical teachings of yoga. You will leave these fun classes, proud of what your body can do!

What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?

Yoga helped me learn how to deal with work stress and how to ease my severe back pain. It was so empowering to know I could help myself feel better body and mind and I wanted to share what I had learned, so I quite my job, travelled to Costa Rica to take my teacher training and have taught full since.

What is your signature move / style?

Balancing poses! Get ready to learn how to use those strong leg, hip and core muscles to make you fly

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?

This moment is unique and will never happen again, make the most of it!
