What makes your class so f’cking awesome?

My classes are about you feeling AMAZING. And I’m totally in it with you – I will always have a huge smile on my face, loads of energy and a playlist that will make you feel on top of the world. You’ll leave my class high on endorphins (from exercise, laughter and trying to sing while exercising and laughing)

What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?

I’ve been a dancer since I was 2 1/2 (I left my mum very little choice in taking me to lessons) and I started teaching as soon as I could. The best part about it has always been learning and trying something new, and it gives me such joy to be able to pass that feeling onto other people and see how happy it makes them!

Who’s your fitness hero? Why?

Chessie King- she’s just the best. She’s all about living a happy, healthy lifestyle, teaching people everywhere to be kind and loving, especially to yourself.

What makes you, you?

At the age of 13, I got told I had scoliosis and had to have two titanium rods fused to my spine, making dance and exercise a little difficult at the time! They told me I’d probably never dance the way I did before but I was determined to prove them wrong, and I did! (*insert celebratory back-bend)

What does your downtime look like?

Wine, wine, friends, family, wine, takeaway, dogs, wine.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?

“Always freeze bread. Never, ever waste bread.” (Thanks Dad)

If you weren’t an Instructor, what would you be??

A diver, a dolphin whisperer and hammock tester. These beaches aren’t going to look after themselves.
