What makes your class so f’cking awesome?

My classes are all about letting go and having the most fun possible! Don’t worry if you’re feeling short of energy, I will pick you up and promise you will leave the room feeling amazing!

What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?

I actually have COVID-19 to thank this one! I trained as a professional dancer so have always been active but started to take fitness more seriously during the lockdown. I got really into home workouts and calisthenics and decided to train as in instructor, I am sooo happy I did!

What makes you, you?

I loveeee animal print! You can always find me in class wearing something funky… mostly leopard print

What does your downtime look like?

Plenty of wine, catching up with my gorgeous friends and RuPaul’s Drag Race!

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?

‘Lazy people work double’ – You can apply this to many things but mostly when I’m being lazy and trying to cut corners, I always end up making a mess or having to start over!!

What is your signature move / style?

Strength related – Pistol squats!! It took me a while to get there but I love banging them out on leg day and people are usually impressed! Dance related – I love a good hair flip!

If you weren’t an Instructor, what would you be??

I model and act alongside instructing but if I was to do something completely different I would be a food critic, best job ever?? (Maybe wine too)…
