What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?
A friend who teaches yoga in Frame emailed me and said Frame was auditioning for dancers to train them as instructors so I auditioned and discovered my new passion for teaching.
What’s your favourite way to keep a healthy body and a healthy mind?
It really is as simple as plenty of sleep, wholesome food, lots of water, exercise and fresh air and y’all feel great I promise.
How does your choice of exercise fit/help your day to day life?
It makes me feel more confident, happy and energised.
Who’s your fitness hero? Why?
It’s gotta be Diana Van Heerden, every time I feel fit I remember Diana is fitter.
What is your signature move?
Hair whip! Take your hair bobble off, get down low and slap that air.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?
Don’t overcook your veggies as they lose all their nutrients!
