What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?
Fitness helped me to overcome eating disorders and to understand the importance of building a strong, healthy body. Becoming an instructor for me means helping others to become passionate about fitness and to make the most out of their bodies. It is a way of giving back some good.
What’s your favourite way to keep a healthy body and a healthy mind?
Pilates, Pilates, Pilates! It’s all about mind-body connection. It makes me feel so good!
How does your choice of exercise fit/help your day to day life?
I have a very busy schedule so it is hard sometimes to squeeze a gym session during the day. I love home workouts. 30 minutes of exercise it’s still better than nothing.
What is your signature move?
Pilates teaser. It is definitely not an easy one. A common mistake is to excessively round the upper back. People with tight hamstrings find it difficult to extend the legs up so foam rolling and stretching is essential.
