It was love at first asana when Micki began yoga classes in 2006. Initially it was the physical challenge of it, and then she began to notice how the practice could calm her mind and open her heart. She found that the world seemed quieter when she was on her mat and she has since devoted herself to the practice of yoga. She completed her 250hrs teacher training in Philadelphia USA in 2008. In class Micki aims to share more than just an asana practice. She encourages each student to appreciate their strengths and their weaknesses so they can begin to see their true Self, not just the illusion.
