What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?
I trained as a dancer which sparked my interest in fitness. I am a total anatomy geek and felt that becoming a personal trainer was a great fit for me! I love how at Frame I can combine my love for dance and fitness and feed my addiction to those post exercise endorphins!
What’s your favourite way to keep a healthy body and a healthy mind?
I absolutely love walking around London – I walk almost everywhere and love the way it gives you time to think as well as seeing the sights our city has to offer!
How does your choice of exercise fit/help your day to day life?
Lifting weights helps me feel really empowered so I can kick ass in day to day life!
Who’s your fitness hero? Why?
Mo Farah is an absolute hero! Watching him finish a 10k while I was still in the queue for the start line was awesome – what a hilarious and inspiring man.

I go through life with a smile, a giggle and a LOT of cake
