What makes your class so f’cking awesome?

If you come to my classes, be ready to embrace your inner Jedi vibes as you relax, release and get an absolute mood lift, master-zen like!

What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?

Yoga and Meditation literally saved my life as I was working insane hours back in the day. Full boss lady type. Now, I’m still a boss lady but I am able to take it with a pinch of tranquillity and inner peace. Only switching into fiery mode when needed :)

Who’s your fitness hero? Why?

Jane Fonda, have you seen her? She’s an absolute icon and a legend. And Cher – she used to teach aerobics too in the 80’s . They have the style, the sass and the body, with brains – both also extremely successful business women.

What is your signature move / style?

Play some 90’s House tunes and prepare to see a full display of free style expression. I really need a lot of space to dance…

What does your downtime look like?

It can vary quite dramatically. I’m someone who likes to cover the full spectrum of options in life. During the day, I can be sleeping in until 1pm – including a breakfast in bed and post meal nap - and suddenly change gears and get into my boxing outfit to through some punches.

If you weren’t an Instructor, what would you be?

Who says I am only an instructor? J I like diversity in my life and in what I do, and teaching is only one of the things I do. In fact, one of my favourite things to lay on the grass on a sunny day and watch the clouds passing by. That could be a job, right?
