Natasha started out as a dancer, taking her first classes at age 3, she was already coaching other dance students by age 14 before going on to study Dance & Performing Arts at The London Studio Centre. After graduating she worked as a professional dancer, performing in the West End as well as worldwide from Hong Kong to Israel, on T.V & Stage.
Exploring fitness training whilst dancing, forged a path which led to a new focus and career within the Health and Fitness Industry. Never quite leaving dance alone she teaches a wide variety of classes from Pole Fitness, Street dance, Pilates, Pre & Post Natal, HIIT, Strength and Stretch as well as coaching private clients & running wellness retreats.
