I’m a super positive fitness instructor with a resting smiling face originally from the South Coast. I’ve been living in London for almost 10 years and work full time at Headspace focusing on bringing meditation and mindfulness to the workplace. I absolutely love working out and teaching fitness is one of my favorite things to do along with travelling to new places.
If I wasn’t a Fitness Instructor and partnership manager … I’d be working as a counsellor!
My training style is…. HIIT! Sweaty and challenging with lots of happy endorphins!
My favourite place in London for a stiff drink… Anywhere in De Beauvoir Town which is where I live!
My ideal breakfast is….. smashed avocado and chilli on toast – so yummy!
